The view from the room was fantastic, overlooking the beautiful lake and surrounded by the lovely countryside. the staff was quite friendly and helpful, and the complimentary coffee and cake throughout the day was a nice touch.

The hotel lacked many amenities such as a restaurant on-site or nearby, and the breakfast was underwhelming. There was also no public transportation nearby, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area without a car.

The hotel's location on the hills offered breathtaking views of the valley and lake. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Transportation and parking were easy to access.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The view from our room and the grounds was absolutely great. The hike into town, for us anyway, was pleasant and offered an opportunity to enjoy nature.

the hotel is situated on a hill, close to the lake, but quite far from the train station. the room was comfortable, with basic decor and a clean bathroom. Service was friendly, and breakfast was tasty with a decent selection. the outdoor dining area and fitness room were nice additions.

There were no available restaurants in the area, aside from the hotel's limited menu.

Stayed at a lovely hotel with breathtaking views. Enjoyed a delicious dinner and friendly service. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. The staff was helpful with restaurant reservations and spoke excellent English. I highly recommend this hotel.

A quiet, clean, efficient place away above the town of Tegernsee with gorgeous views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Very helpful, friendly front desk staff. Old European charm in up-to-date facilities.

Staff was super helpful in every way--we felt as if we were their only guests. They were willing and ready to help with hiking, biking and boating information and equipment. A bit tricky to find. It would be even nicer if it had a restaurant: there's one other hotel within walking distance serving dinner, but it was full on the night we were there, so we had to drive to find another.
